I recently started streaming on MLG. When i had my old settings on twitch, i didn't have any problems.
Now when i stand still in CS:GO, the stream is perfect. It gets all blurry when i start moving...it's unbearable for the viewers
My download speed is 190 mbps
My upload speed is 11.17 mbps
