Stream gets blurry even though i have high bitrate.

So i recently started streaming and everything was fine when i ran with 1080p (1920x1080) but unfortunately 60% of the viewers were lagging since they dont have very good internet connection , so i searched up abit about this problem and i ran into alot of people saying that you should use "Resolution Downscale" to 1280x720 (720p) , so i tried that but once i got everything running it looks like i got no bitrate , it just generally gets blurry , even though i dont move. I've tried everything i can now i need some help.

Speedtest :110 download speed , 60 upload

My specs :

Display Maximum Resolution1920 x 1080

MY SETTINGS : 2500 MAX BITRATE/BUFFER SIZE

PROCESS PRIORITY CLASS : ABOVE NORMAL

ENCODING PROFILE : HIGH

Depending on intensity of the action streamed 2.5mbps might not be such a "high" bitrate even for 720p.

Nothing out of ordinary in the logfile, you stream WOW tho, and like I said, if you move around a lot 2.5mbit isn't that high of a bitrate and things will get blurry/pixellated with a lot of action. When you downscale resolution it will get somewhat blurry, because, well, that's downscaling.

But ive seen streams with the exact same quality , and bitrate , but they have no blurryness , do you have any idea why it is so?

Could you should an example of what "blurryness" are you talking about, preferably pointing out the exact moment you're unhappy with?

The VOD is the exact same thing as the livestream, there is no difference in quality between the two.

The VOD you posted was also only at 2000 bitrate, which is going to look extra bad for WoW.
