Question / Help Stream + Game Quality Issues

I had worse internet at my house and now that I am at college I have better internet and I am using the same stream settings as before and now I can't even move in minecraft and it is really frustrating, if someone could help it would be very much appreciated!

Universities generally throttle network speeds on the local gateway, if you live at a dorm that is. If you yourself are paying for an exclusive service this won't be a problem though.. Contact your university IT department and ask them if they somewhat limit the speed for each connection made to the gateway.

Other than that, if your settings are exactly the same as at home (and you had no issues with it) there seems to be no problem with OBS..
