Question / Help Stream from Tablet and PScc2015

I am trying to get OBS to stream just my Photoshop app to twitch. Its Photoshop CC 2015 and everytime I do a Game Capture its just a black screen. I can do a monitor capture just fine. And window capture works but I only want to capture PS and if I minimize I would like it to still capture the app even though I minimize it. Is that possible?

Also, I was wondering if it's possible yet to stream from a drawing app (SketchBook) from my samsung 2014 edition tablet? This is just a general question and not related to OBS I know, unless I can use OBS on my tablet?

I know this is insanely old but for anyone trying to capture from a Samsung device (Tablet, Phone etc.) you can use the app called SideSync. Download the app on both your computer and your device and pair them with one another. You can use either same WiFi network or a USB cable to connect the phone to the computer.

Once connected, activate the Phone/Tablet Screen on the desktop, it open a window showing your device's screen on the computer. After that be sure to enable Presentation Mode (and Screen Rotation if you are needing a Landscape window). Then from there launch your app from the phone (Sketchbook, Photoshop, etc.) and use it as normal.

On the OBS side of things, create a new Window Capture and the window you will select should be called something along the lines of "Sidesync: Phone Screen"
