Stream from media file to a scheduled YouTube stream

Hi - I'm new to streaming so I need help. I'd like to schedule a livestream in YouTube & have a pre-recorded mp4 start playback from the beginning of the file when the scheduled stream goes live. Is that an existing feature?

If I use a stream key from a scheduled YouTube stream & start streaming right away in OBS with the "restart playback when source becomes active" checked, will that accomplish my goal of playing the file at the time the Youtube stream is scheduled to go live?

Looks like no. Looks like even without a schedule, anything that plays from a file in OBS prior to a stream going live will simply be cut off.

Is there a plugin to delay the playback media until a stream is live?

Not that I know of You'd just have to have an Intro scene live then start stream then switch the scene to the scene for the video playback
