Question / Help Stream Freezing

My broadcast keeps freezing, I believe it's something to due with encoding after taking a quick glance at the log here any help would be appreciated. https://pastebin.com/2cYZWQXP

NVM! Switched from x264 to NVENC and all the freezing stopped as well as 30% cpu usage drop with the same quality.
