Hello, I'm having some issues with my stream freezing.
System Specs:
If I read the file correctly, it doesn't look like there are any frame drops caused by insufficient processing power (not surprising since while streaming I still maintain 100+ FPS in games) so I would guess that the problem is network related, but I have 6Mbps upload speed (confirmed via Speedtest to always be >5.5Mbps) and have my bitrate set to 2900, so that should be plenty of breathing room?

- GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB @ 1240MHz
- NVENC encoder
- 1280x720 resolution
- 36 sample filter
- 60 FPS (also tried at 30, no difference to performance)
- 2900 bitrate
- 2900 buffer
- CBR
- minimize network impact

- High Quality preset
- encoding profile: main
