One month ago i got a new internet (here is the speedtest : http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5069324126 ) 32mb download, 6mb upload. When i try to stream on twitch my own stream was stuttering and having problems. My friends call me ''Hey we can't watch it, always buffering'', when i was watching it on my Mobile Phone that was lagging too. I was trying to stream on hitbox / YouTube Gaming, and here no problems and no stuttering all can watch it without any problems, i dont know why, what is the reason ? I want to stream on twitch because that is the best platform for me to watching streams in World. all love twitch, twitch is love, twitch is live ! Here i am sending my pictures of settings from OBS and logs with connections to the twitch servers. Here are screens with my options and settings in twitch dashboard and OBS : http://imgur.com/a/nVVE2

close fraps or disable the hooking ability of it.

set preset to veryfast

set scene buffering to 700ms

dont watch your own stream on your streaming/gaming PC. use a popout chat instead.

trust viewers about buffering (which I assume is what you mean when you say freezing/stuttering.

The problem is i never had a fraps on my PC so i don't know why OBS got problems about that. I was found that file and deleted from my PC but OBS have still problems about that file. I was changed to settings as You said, so now i need to trust my viewers about buffering? So that means like in this article: https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...oads-constantly-for-my-viewers-but-why.18465/ ?
Ideally yes.

Code:
WARNING: Another hook is already present while trying to hook d3d9.dll,
hook target is \Device\HarddiskVolume2\ProgramData\SplitMediaLabs\
XSplit\Components3\fraps32.dll. If you experience crashes, try disabling
the other hooking application

Yes, you do have fraps. Its probably a hook built into xsplit.

No idea what a fraps32.dll file is doing in the XSplit directory but it seems like some part of XSplit is the cause of the conflict here.

Today i was doing the logs at 3PM and i got still the problem about hooking, but i deleted SplitMediaLabs(with fraps32.dll) directory and cleaned registry with CCleaner. After that OBS was turned ON with same setup (720p@30fps@1800kbs) and some people was talking ''now all is fine''. I was checked that On mobile phone (testing 2-3 mins) no stuttering and all looking fine. I my opinion all is about that thread : https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...oads-constantly-for-my-viewers-but-why.18465/ , sometimes u can watch it and sometimes not, and probably all should be changed when my own stream get quality choosing (i mean mobile, low, med, high, source) , right?

hooking unknown is fine because that means the hook isn't actively hooking.
