Hi !

I'm was testing if I could stream on twitch. Now I'm not sure if the problem is my internet or my settings, anyone could please help me with that ??
Sometimes it keeps reloading the stream and sometimes it freezes the whole screen. Also, there is a huge delay to show what I did on the game. it really takes long time to show what I'm doing.

CPU: Core i5-4590 Haswell
MEM: 8GM 1600Mhz
GPU: GeForce GTX 960

Internet Settings from speedtest.net (megabits)
Download: 50Mbps
Upload: 5.5Mbps

Log: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/63895e6edf5e86714660

Many thanks

Guys, I guess I found the problem:

If I try to watch other streamers on video quality: Source. I get those "reloading" videos too.

How I tested my stream: I watched it myself and the video quality is "source" AND I can't change it... I read somewhere that twitch doesn't allow you to change it untill you get a certain amount of watchers (WTF?). SO I guess that might be the problem. What you guys think ?

@nAth If you're having the same problem then read the guide that was linked further up in the thread. It isn't something for you to fix.

That means there is no solution? (Except to get more viewers)
