Question / Help Stream freezing after 1 second (roughly)

i am trying to play the binding of isaac rebirth but after i click "start streaming" it will freeze up after about a second on one frame and then not record or stream anything past that point but it still sends the sound over to twitch even thouh the screen is frozen, help?

Get a better CPU, your current one will not get any decent quality whatsoever. You will have to downscale a lot.

Then you bought a really bad CPU for streaming/recording.
You need a relatively recent i5 or preferably i7, or AMD FX-8* CPU

But to get better performance, lower fps to 30 and set the preset back to veryfast
