Question / Help Stream freezes

Whenever I have the OBS open with the game in the background everything runs smoothly. When I click on the game and have OBS in the background the stream freezes entirely. I would appreciate any help I can get.

your CPU is weak but your GPU in your APU is stronger, try this build of OBS using VCE
