Question / Help Stream Freezes

My stream keeps freezing for around a second every few minutes. I don't see it in OBS and I'm not dropping any frames whatsoever. My viewers notice it. It just recently started happening. The log for my stream is here. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try streaming to a different stream server. Sometimes the closest stream server isn't always the best.
