Question / Help Stream freezes while streaming Minecraft

Hi, I use OBS and I'm trying to stream to minecraft. I have everything set up correctly and I go live, But the stream freezes about 3 seconds after I go live. This happens when I preview stream as well. The frame that it streamed gets stuck on there. Please help thanks.

Your CPU may be too weak. Post a log file.
