I tried different resolutions and stuff to try and make it stop but it kept happening. I also see that it says i dropped frames but it never said that in the actually OBS program.

Thank you for the log file. Could you define specifically what you mean by freezes? Does this show up in the vod? Does this happen only on the stream itself while streaming?

About every 10-20 seconds when I am streaming the stream will freeze for about 5-10 seconds at a time. I have just sat there and looked at my stream on twitch.tv and it freezes, the music stops and the video. Yes it shows up in the vods and yes it only happens on the stream itself. Also it says in OBS that i have dropped 0 frames and my stream is doing perfectly fine. Thanks for your help.

Seems like it might be some network congestion. How fast is your upload speed generally? edit: I misread the log file, probably not network congestion actually.

Does it happen the same while streaming 720p? Also 1600 bitrate is way too low for 1080p 10 Quality, You would need like 5mbit at least to make it look decent.

Anyway try 720p@30fps and 2000/2000 bitrate and will see if the problem persists.

That fixed it thank you.
