Question / Help Stream Freezes Every Few Seconds

Hi, so I recently wanted to get back into streaming, and every time I try to stream I open up my twitch to see how the stream looks for everyone else. Not only does streaming tank my internet, but the stream freezes (not buffers) every 5-6 seconds for about a second or so. Any way to fix this?

Latest stream log: https://gist.github.com/f60b81d41f88251f88b12237ccc987c5

It says I have some Razer thing that is messing with the stream but I don't even have Razer/Razer Synapse installed anymore. Messed with the rest of my PC as well, very buggy program.

Is there anything I can do about the freezing? I have reduced it as much as I could by taking the suggestions but I'm not sure where to go next. I also followed OBS's thread about what to do if you are experiencing this, and it changed it from 33% drop to 10% drop.

Thanks for any sort of help!

Remove the opencl=true command.

Use Game Capture if you are trying to capture a Game in a new Scene.

How much upload do you even have when you already talk about "stream is tanking my internet" at only 1500 Bitrate.

We pay for 3/1 (MB, not Mb) at my house, been trying to convince my family to get Xfinity which has like 200/50 (Mb).

I just use window capture because it's a hassle to change game captures each and every time I try to change games, but will that make a difference?

I will remove that command and see how the stream works next time I try (in a few minutes).

Seems like you didnt properly uninstall the Razer Software nothing really OBS related. I assume you are starting OBS as admin.

800Bitrate with 1mbit Upload is still quite close but thats up to you, all I can do is tell you that you use too much Bitrate for your Upload the testing at what Bitrate you stop dropping frames is up to you
