I used to have this issue before, haven't streamed (or tried to) ever since. The video completely freezes a couple of seconds after I start the stream, yet audio still goes through. It does warn me about high CPU encoding, but I have not been able to fix it no matter how much I tried.
My PC is a bit old tho, so helping with settings would be highly appreciated, if there's any way to make this work even.
My current Internet and PC setup:
CPU : And Athlon X2 250 3.0GHz dual core
Ram : 4Gb ddr2
GPU : Nvidia GeForce GT240
Don't have any logs yet, could fetch some if needed.
