Stream Freezes and I can't find out why

My stream keeps partially freezing, when I'm not live the Scene I'm on freezes completely randomly, When I'm live it also freezes and it cuts my feed to Twitch but on OBS acts like everything is ok besides it says I have 0 kbps bit rate while also showing green/healthy stream quality? If that's not weird enough I can still move around on OBS and click things like settings and the work but if I change scenes it acts like it works as in the Sources change but the Scene itself is still frozen, Some research I did said SE.Live plugin may have been the issue so I uninstalled it but the issue continues...

To fully remove SE.Live you have to uninstall it, then uninstall and reinstall OBS. This fix all the changes made. Make sure you have copies of other compatible and updated plugins you may use.
Please use again the Auto-configuration Wixard, apply the recommended configuration and restart OBS. Perform a test stream/recording for more than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do, up to when the issue happens.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

The log you provided wasn't an active session
But looking at the information in the log, I'd suggest the following ;

Windows -
Setting > Gaming > Xbox Game Bar - Turn off
> Captures > Turn off Record in the background while I'm playing a game

You are running a display and game capture on the same scene, this can cause issues.

There are sooooo many source errors.
I'd suggest going back to basics and start a FRESH clean profie / scene collection.

Profile > New
Scene Collection > New
Tools > Auto configuration Wizard

Run a test steam with just your display OR game capture (not both) + camera
Then return providing that log if you have further issues.

I followed every step, I restarted my computer and boom Preview freezes before I can even start recording............. I was in the process of rebuilding my Scenes and Sources

This happens on a fresh scene / profile still?
can you provide a log session on the new clean profile

That log isn't from a fresh profile / scene collection
Literally start from new, no sources other than webcam and capture source.
I'm lost on how that's possible I deleted everything and started from scratch the old profile and scene collection are not even on this OBS anymore

This freezing problem is completely random from what I can tell, I can go entire streams with no issue then one time boom freezes, sometimes I open OBS and freezes right away like what happened earlier the log I provided was under the help and "upload current log" section so i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong

Looks like an issue in one of the browser-sources or custom docks.
Check/remove them.

Also, Windows 11 causes issues to many people. Some others have no issues so far but I always recommend not to use win11 until is mature enough for production or Win12 is released.
