Question / Help Stream freeze for viewers.

Hello,
I'm new at streaming and want your help. So problem is.. when I turn on the stream its runs normaly, but sometimes its freeze for a few seconds and then again normal.

You don't appear to be dropping any frames or having performance issues. Do the VODs look okay when you go back to watch them? Sounds a lot like viewer buffering - https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...oads-constantly-for-my-viewers-but-why.18465/

When my friends watching me they all getting video freezes for few secs (sound freeze too).. I tried to watch my stream from another PC and yeah its freezes for me too. So I don't get whats is the problem :( tried to change bitrate, still freeze.
