Question / Help Stream freeze every 20 sec, poor perfomance.

Whats your upload? If the stream is freezing on the viewers end, then you probably trying to use too high of a bitrate, your using 3500, use a more reasonable value like 3000 or lower. The Fast CPU Preset uses alot of CPU usage, and your current CPU cant handle it, as shown in the log files with the Warning -- x264 encode failed errors in 3/4 of the log file. Change Fast preset to Very Fast or Super Fast. See if that fixes the issues.
