Bug Report Stream FPS stops at 30

I was setting up OBS today after getting a better internet and after I set it up I noticed I still had an older version so I went to download the new one. After installing the new I was going to uninstall the old one since I installed it on another drive so it did not overwrite. Before uninstalling I tried streaming with the new one and it worked perfectly fine 1080 and 60 FPS. I then uninstalled the new version by mistake, so I uninstalled the old version as well then went to download the new one again but after I did that I have not been able to stream with more than 30 FPS.

I don't know if anything I did could have an impact on it but a friend of mine had the same problem with not being able to go above 30 FPS, he re-installed it (I have done that 2 times as well now) and then it worked fine for him.

I don't recommend 1080p for 60fps, it is too taxing if you want to play on the same PC. Other than that, I'm not sure what might be causing the extremely long preprocessing time.

You are using monitor capture with Aero enabled. Try with Aero off, or better yet, use game capture.

You should be able to do 1080p60fps on that CPU with Game Capture, depending on the game.

So it just randomly fixed it self, I did not do anything I just kept trying turning it on and off and then suddenly the FPS was what it should be.
