Question / Help stream fps lag when camera locked in LoL?

Okay so I notice what my problem is.

When I stream League of Legends, and I lock the camera I have some weird lag on stream, but when I unlock the camera it is gone. It is maybe not very noticeble but it is there. Just watch the parts where I walk with camera locked, u see the area around me like dropping in frame rate?

It's probably just encoding -- encoders can't really seem to handle 'panning' perfectly, so if you have your camera set that way that sort of thing isn't unlikely to happen.
