Question / Help Stream FPS below 30

So about a week ago everything was fine then one day i start streaming and my stream FPS are terrible I look at my second monitor and it seems like im getting around 20 when i should be getting 30. any help or tips on how i can raise that to a constant 30 would be great.

i have tried many different servers and i have even dropped my bitrate to 1500 and no difference.

Something's eating up your CPU a bit. Not entirely sure what's going on though. Almost everything checks out other than the fact that something is eating up your CPU.
