Question / Help Stream Fortnite with 1080

Hello! I've recenty bought I new PC for streaming Fortnite but it has a problem. I've tried with many configs to stream Fortnite, but when I play the game, it shows me that the game it's running at 200 fps but I play so laggy like 30 fps. For me it's very difficult to play in this way. Does anyone have any solution or good config?

• WD NAS Red 4TB SATA3

• Asus PRIME Z370-P
• Intel Core i7-8700K 3.7Ghz BOX

I limited it at 144 fps but the gameplay looks like if I was playing at 30 fps. This only happens during the streaming.
