Hello. I am trying to set up a stream for league of legends. The quality and everything seems fine, however, when i stream, ingame feels very akward. It's almost as if I have extremely low fps, but not really, its hard to describe. I couldnt find the issue anywhere (because i didnt know what to search for tbh). Maybe some of you can help me with it?

Your log is from a 1 second long stream. Post a log from a stream/recording with actual gameplay.

I have a feeling the cpu might not be able to keep up with rapid screen movements with your settings, but to verify, we'll need to see a log file with gameplay.

dropping the stream fps to 30fps might solve your problems.

Unless you are a partner on Twitch, trying to stream at 3500 bitrate is insane. Most people won't be able to watch without major buffering. The max you can really expect people to watch clearly at is about 1800-2000.
