Stream failing to start, output is failing to start and I don't know why.

I have checked my drivers to see if they weren't updated but they were (images below show that) and I haven't changed any settings of anything with my PC since I last streamed. Tried changing a few things with output but they did nothing so they're just back to what I had them before. The only difference was adding twitch and a multi-chat (streamer.bot) overlay. below is also the log file.
