stream ended due to encoding error

hi there, when i start a stream and all is going well it keeps ending my stream due to an encoding error and it keeps saying " Fault address: 7FFE308ADFA2 (c:\windows\system32\audioses.dll) " in the crash report and i cannot find how to fix it... my crash report is in the link provided...https://obsproject.com/logs/HmO1XKrYbW6-3NO2

Any help with this issue please I cannot continue to stream on obs if I don't get this sorted and I will have to move back to slobs which I don't want.
