Question / Help Stream echo

hello there ok lets get straight to the point at hand

so if been using obs for few days now and every time i even stream for the first few sec the sound is ok but then after the sound kinda loops,

so i muted my mic on obs and computer well dint really work , so only have the sound of the game and some music playing
but still theres the echo coming trew so i tryed a lot to try and fix it but dint work, so myea any one know how to deal with it >? really wanna be able to stream with this software being its really good and less of a resource hog like the other streaming programs.

normaly im not but when i watch it back later on i can still hear the echo so doesnt really matter if im watching it or not both still give the same end result

Do you open your dashboard before streaming? If yes - is your own stream playing in the background? If yes - streamsound on or off? If on - just turn it off.

I'm sorry, but I'm not entirely sure. I suspect that it may be your audio device. AMD HDMI Output (AMD High Definition Audio Device) - is this the one on your GPU or something?

I actually don't know for sure what would be causing your echo - it's almost always a user end thing, audio shouldn't play out of the app itself. It merely records the audio. Your mic may be set to output to desktop, which would cause your mic to come through to the stream. If everything is echoing, then I don't know for sure.

Also if you want to fully disable the mic, you need to set it to disabled in audio settings, muting it just mutes it, it doesn't actually turn off the mic input.

well weird thing is i was streaming a lil bit of tera ... and there was really no echo ... kinda odd, tho when i was streaming minecraft there is some echo hm ah wel must be something with that ..
