I've tried
1. Lowering my resolution and my bitrate
2. Using recommended encoders (NVENC)
3. Binding to ip (versus default)
4. Removing all third party sources
5. Set process priorities to 'very high'
6. Using different rate control (CBR and CQP at 30 CQ level)
7.Set fps to 30
8. Ran twitch bandwidth test (attached)

yet my stream always drops to 0 kbps and stays there until I disconnect.

I've seen some other forums with this same issue, but they don't seem to be resolved.
Throwing my issue in here hoping for some support.

Thanks!

Your logfile is from Streamlabs OBS, which is a derivative forked version modified by Streamlabs.
We provide no support for their newbie-trap version here, only actual main-line OBS Studio.
If you need assistance with SLOBS, you will need to contact Streamlabs.

Oops, didn't know that. Thanks!

Though, this same problem has been haunting me since I was using OBS Studio a few months ago.

I'll look into using Studio again and see if the issue still applies.
