Stream drops frames every minute or so. NVENC

Hello.

My stream is dropping frames every couple minutes. It doesn't show as "Dropped Frames" or doesn't feel it in game at all. It just happens on playback and I'm not sure if it happens while watching the stream live.

Got a clip from my last test stream for you to see what I mean. Here you go https://clips.twitch.tv/TawdryDiligentYamOhMyDog-qrZyH9zC6WRvFD8E
As you can see in the clip, it's like FPS drop between 10-30, it's like im alt tabing while I'm on borderless or something. And this happens way too often, like couple minutes.

It's really frustrating and I don't know what is causing it but I would appreciate every single help I can get.

INFOs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU: nVidia 2060 SUPER
Internet speed: 100/10 Mbps
Last OBS log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/2WB7e8XNFEOW-wQD

While streaming NOTHING hits high numbers in terms of usage. CPU, GPU and overall performance is silky smooth.

I have a bad feeling that this might be cause by the NVENCE encoder. I bought nVidia GPU just to use a single PC to stream. I will do some x264 test streams and report back

Ok I think I found the issue. Monitor and Game capture can't co-exist in the same scene. I've run too many tests, both on NVENC and x264. I think that was the issue

You're correct to say you should never use both Game Capture and Display Capture within the same scene

And this is the exact same issue I've been trying to resolve for almost 3 years, so if you do find a solution to it (as I expect the above won't fully resolve it) let me know as I'm curious , I've been using Xsplit in the mean time as it's buttery smooth.

as I said in my previous comment. I'm 99.9% sure I fixed the problem by not having Display capture AND Game capture in the same scene.

In my case, Frame Drops were happening ONLY in live preview or vod playback. I was not dropping frames from network, nor from hardware. My stats were all good.
