What can I do to solve this?

I am running a dedicated streaming PC with a capture card via HDMI. Streaming PC has i7 920 so that is definitely not the problem. Gaming PC is running W10 and streaming PC is running W7. The audio problem is only for my viewers. Everything is fine on my end.

I use VoiceMeeter to clone the audio over to HDMI.

Capture card is AverMedia Live Gamer HD.

I have attached 2 log files as well.

Lower your webcam resolution to 720p. also, check the audio format of all your devices, I bet they are running at 48000Hz and you have OBS set to 44100Hz.

Try turning down the resolution on your webcam.

I actually called my ISP and told them I was having problems with my connection. They said they changed some settings to help performance (I think they said they changed the DNS settings or something, can't remember) but this did nothing.

So I called them back and they asked me to plug my computers directly into their modem/router combo instead of my own router which I plugged into their router/modem. This solved my lag problems.

I changed the webcam res to 720p anyway since that is just wasting resources so I expect to have more performance from that as well. Thank you for pointing that out.

Ok I am having the audio cutting out problem again. I think that it could be due to the buffer of the audio setting in my VoiceMeeter being too low. However I do not have any audio problems for myself. I only have it on the stream.

I made the buffer larger which makes my personal audio have noticeable lag, but I think it improved the stream a bit. I am not sure why I have to settle for laggy audio when other users don't. So the must be another solution that allows me to keep my audio lag-free. Does anyone know any solutions?
