Question / Help Stream Dropping to 0kb/s After streaming for hours.

So I was able to stream for months without any issues. I most stream H1Z1 because it is a slower paced shooter that my connection could handle or so I thought. I streamed this game for probably 2 months with a few frame rate drops here and there which is fine considering my slower upload speed of about 1.2 to 1.3 Mb/s. However recently my stream will just drop to 0kb/s then about 10 seconds later it will disconnect me from the game I am playing. I have tried switched to all the ingest servers that JTVping suggests would even be remotely useful to no avail. I have contacted my ISP they see no problems they even tested twice to make sure. Also my ISP does not throttle me in any way. I have tested my logs and while I've always had the minor problem of the lower x264 Preset and sometimes one about frame rate drop now I have a connection stall added in there and I have tried everything including lowering my bitrate to an unwatchable level to just have it die anyways. I have also tried Xsplit the free version and while it would drop frames it never out right died. I have even tried playing my games without streaming with zero problems. I have tried everything short of switching out my cpu which isn't going to happen because I don't have the money and there is nothing wrong with it.

This log file is here I have no idea what any of it means. But I would like to be able to stream again I do not mind a few frame rate drops that last for 5 to 10 seconds. I expect this with my internet but something just has not been right with OBS as of late any assistance would be very useful.

Yes I have done all of these things except changing out the hard ware since there's nothing wrong with this. and if my connection to twitch is bad why do I stream without even dropping frames and then this happens is it something with there servers then?
