I'm suffering from random stream dropping to 0 kb/s and starting uploading again (which makes my stream unwatchable, constant loadings) and it makes a lot of short videos (15 sec - 5 mins) on last broadcasts on Twitch ( http://www.twitch.tv/cezarry/profile ).
My net speed:
Checked on OBS and MP, with CBR enabled and disabled, max 2200 bitrate. Once I had such problem and it was solved by itself, but it happens again and don't know what to do. Tried lowering bitrate to 100 kb/s and still the same.
Streaming to Restream.io Primary EU Server, EU Frankfurt/EU Prague.
