Aero is disabled

Aero seems to be disabled, consider enabling it unless using monitor capture.

Multiple video cards detected

If you are having problems and are using a laptop, see this thread for advice.

If you are using SLI or Crossfire, you may need to disable it for compatibility with OBS.

Monitor capture detected

One of your scenes appears to be using monitor capture. Monitor capture is the slowest and least efficient method of capturing, and can cause FPS lag on both your stream and your game and will also cause problems capturing full-screen games. Consider using game capture or window capture instead (this does not apply to Windows 8).

I think you should try to not use monitor capture. You've got a good CPU, so you should be able to get better performance than you are. You've got a lot of duplicated frames, which should be less than 1% to have a decent looking stream.

i have SLI should i disable it ?i dropped the fps to 30 and severely reduced the bit rate seems to have actually fixed the problem one of the two i think were causing it
thx again

how ever the biggest lag comes from me using my webcam in game, which i do want to use, any suggestions on how to fix the problem ?

Yeah OBS doesn't work well with SLI/Crossfire. As for the webcam, its best to not run it in 1080p mode, try a smaller image size for it and that usually helps most people.

Downscaling a webcam from the native resolution is the worst thing that you can do. People pay a lot for a good 1080p webcam, it should be used at max resolution and resized to fit later.

I dunno, try it and see if it helps. You can drop frames due to the webcam making your computer slow, or you can have a smooth stream. Or I'm wrong, which may be the case, but he should arm himself with the facts first. Maybe someone has a better suggestion and will post it, but I see 1080p webcam problems on these forums frequently.
