Question / Help Stream Drop

Hello, I'm fairly new to streaming and have been running into an issue. For whatever reason, when im live streaming on twitch my stream cuts off at random times and shows me as 'offline' however OBS still shows me as online, i've tried changing my Bitrate, my Twitch Server, and my encoder, but nothing seems to help to fix the issue. I've attached the most recent log that I have. Does anyone have a clue on how i could fix this issue?

is it 144hz monitor? if it is switch desktop refresh to 60 and enable vsync in games
my suggestion would be to use nvenc instead

check my calc for bitrates

I had this problem yesterday. I don't have a 144hz monitor. Had to exit and restart OBS to fix it.
