Question / Help Stream Dota best settings?

Hello streamers, i need some help to get the best streaming performance out of my Dota 2.
I haven't streamed before so i'm the noob :p
But here is my specs.
Intel i7 2600
GTX 608
8 GB ram.
30/30 Mbit internet connection.
Can anyone help me fast :-)?
