Question / Help Stream does not connect

When trying to start the stream, it sends no frames and the indicator in the bottom left reads 0 kb/s. Then it begins reconnecting. It never reconnects. I have allowed OBS through firewalls and such.

Make sure you have copied your stream key from http://twitch.tv/broadcast correctly, without trailing spaces or anything. Also, make sure you pick a nearby Twitch server, not just using the Global Load Balancer.
