Bug Report Stream disconnecting often

Hello,
Im having this issue for quite some time. I Can´t stream more then 3 minutes... Stream disconnects. Sometimes it reconnects, but mostly of the time it just stop.
For some reason my upload gets to 0 out of the blue.
I tried everything. Stream from 1080 to 360. Last try is to send you guys a Log, cause i dont understand it.

Hello Dilaz, i tried everything on that post... still getting discconect.
I saw something about this error: WriteN, RTMP send error 10053 but nothing that could solve it.

That post contains pretty much everything you can do about it. It could be your antivirus/firewall or it could be something in Twitch' end.

I was testing another computer in my internet connection and IT WORKED...also i read that the error 10053 is on my end.
The thing is, i formated my computer and install another OS ( windows 7 64bits ultimate). Still didnt work. then i intalled the Windows 8.1 pro 64bits... still not working.

If the problem is not on my internet/bandwidth, its on my computer. Since its not on the OS, i guess its a hardware or drive incompatibility, RIGHT?

SPEC:Video card R9 280x - MB f2a75m d3h - Proc: A10 5800K - 12gb ram 1600hz - 3mb upload

I already have the last version of all drivers. Anyone have a clue? tried everything.
