Stream disconnected abruptly

I was streaming to Mobcrush. Everything was fine as far as I could tell, then with no warning and for seemingly no reason at all the stream disconnected and immediately reconnected. This caused my feed to them to be terminated forcing me to have to set the broadcasting settings for a new stream in mobcrush before I could get it up again. Mobcrush has advised that I lower bitrate and stream resolutions (1080p was never an issue before) but I really want to nail down if this is something that happened on my side or theirs, and if there's a way to prevent it from happening again? If someone much more learned than I could see something in my log files that could have caused this stream to stop abruptly I'd very much appreciate it!

I had found it only happens when I have twitch connected with all others. Take twitch out. No problem.
