Question / Help Stream disconnect stream

Hello guys , I post this thread because when I stream after 20 - 30 s My stream disconnect but my connexion is good

My configuration:
CPU : Amd Ryzen 5 2600X
GPU: MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB
Ram: 16GB 3200Mhz
MotherBoard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK
Please help me to have best configuration 1080p 60FPS thanks and sorry for my english.
