Stream default choice

Quick newbie question. I'm trying to connect OBS to use with the likes of social services - Zoom, Discord etc. The wizard at the "Stream" option offers a googolplex of options but not those two. Which should I choose as default? Livestream?

Oh dear, for zoom you'll need to do this, and it works with discord too

whatever you want, you'll end up changing the settings later according to your needs, and you can launch the wizard again at any time if you need it
