Do you have more than one log with a disconnect problem? I'd like to check if this line:
22:29:35: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Aborting due to FD_CLOSE, error 10053
is present in more logs. If so, that particular socket error would indicate some sort of software on your PC is interfering.
The most obvious culprits are firewall/antivirus softwares. Sometimes you need to re-add exceptions for OBS on an update so your security software doesn't see it as malicious. Beyond that, any sort of software/modified driver claiming to "enhance" your network connection or whatever tends to cause issues (looking at you Killer NIC...). It seems like you're just using standard Intel NIC/drivers though, so I doubt that's the cause.
If this is a very recent issue, it's possible one or more of the Twitch servers are on the fritz. You can try another server in the meantime.
