Question / Help Stream Cutting Out Constantly, Tested Servers, all have bad RTT

Hello,
I've made all of the adjustments needed to fix my stream as given by OBS support, and it only worked temporarily. Today it only worked for 3 hours and then completely cut out. I tried getting rid of my profile and trying different servers, but no success. I tested the servers, and for some reason they all have weak quality. Their RTT is in bad shape. Is this a problem on my end or the Server? I'm not well versed in computers and I'm still very much in the learning phase with streaming.

Here is a link to a few OBS log files, if it helps any. http://pastebin.com/CL3kbdbD http://pastebin.com/rLaFFg0r
These are all in the same day, when I made several attempts to reconnect, but had no success
Thanks!

What are you considering is bad RTT?
There wasn't anything lower than 130ms. I think that's bad right? The server with the best upload speed was Seattle with 4500kb/s but the RTT was 133 and the Twitch tester I have give it a quality rating of 0. I don't know this stuff well, just making an educated guess more than anything.

These log file doesn't show any streaming or encoding attempts, and these log files doesn't show any disconnect error. A log file showing encoding settings helps.

You may do a speedtest to test your internet speed.

A high ping might be ok, but a disconnect error is bad. Also getting disconnected from online games?

If not playing online games, open command and do: ping -t google.com
Ping timed out when your stream cuts out is probably your internet.
