Question / Help Stream crashing and extreme lag

So I tried to stream Rainbow Six Siege and its the first time I try to stream ever.
The Stream crashes after a few seconds and while its up it lags extremely.

Ingame a have over 100 FPS and Shadowplay is running in the background.

Specs:
i5 6600k @ 4,2 Ghz
24GB RAM
GTX 1070

Also my settings are not very high so what could it be?

Does no one have an idea? I also tried everything in the sticky thread.
