Never had any issue with quick sync until recently. Now when I go to stream it will work for a bit and then I get disconnected. When I get disconnected OBS will still say that I'm streaming but the bitrate will be at 0. Sometimes it works for 4 minutes and sometimes I get a max of about 40 minutes. I have tried switching to older versions of OBS and that didn't work, tested with Twitch Studio and had the same outcome. Thought maybe it could be a driver issue since I noticed it happening after updating. I've tried maybe 6 different driver versions and none have worked. If I switch to x264 encoding then I have zero issues and can do 7+ hour streams. My CPU is on the older side so I'd like to use quick sync when possible. There is a newer driver that was released last year, might be worth a shot if you haven't tried it already. If you still have trouble with QSV, you may need to rollback to the last version of OBS that worked for you.

Sadly I did try the newest driver and I also tried some older OBS versions. Maybe someone will eventually comment that has a similar setup and could tell me what version of OBS works.There is a newer driver that was released last year, might be worth a shot if you haven't tried it already. I actually have a Z170, 6700k/GTX-1660 Super in service. Mobo doesn't allow both GPU/iGPU to be used concurrently so I've never bothered with it.
As far as previous versions, I would go for the last version of OBS27

Connect both monitors to the RX 5600.

Found it just like I left it 14 months ago.
Check it out, Gigabyte Gaming G1 BIOS updated, iGPU is now enabled. I'm not going to update OBS for now I'll do some testing on 27.1.3. I also need to check the Intel driver, Intel Driver Support Assistant said it was going to install the driver from 12/22 but instead it looks like I got one from 2019 ATM.

In case 29.0.2 doesn't work out, 27.1.3 works just exactly perfect with this generation. The encoder was roughly 65% utilized encoding (2) 1080p & (1) 720p stream concurrently, log attached.
Thank you. I swear I don't remember having any monitors plugged into the igpu when it started having issues, but I was able to successfully stream with quick sync. Thank you so much for all of your help and using your time on me. Might try updating the gpu driver, but not sure I want to risk it. So all is good, I really appreciate it.
