There's a log of what's going on. Constantly stopping. I've been playing around downscaling, upscaling, adding more max bitrate, changing servers. I did a ping test and the secondary VA server is the best one, with 29ms ping w/ 16.65 jitter.

Appreciate any help!

Thanks,

You're lagging a lot of frames because you're using Monitor capture with Aero enabled. Disable Aero, or better yet, don't use Monitor capture, since it's the slowest capture method available. Window capture with Aero enabled and Game capture are both much better.

That's a new log. I disabled aero on start up, and it got rid of all the lagged frames.

It still disconnected after a few minutes.

Tried every east-coast server. In GA. Tried VA > Miami > NYC.

Edit: Wired, through a router though.

This is my new setup that's working at a 100% stable 35 FPS w/ very few lagged frames and no PC lag at all.

OBS isn't fucking up by the looks of it, but it is losing it's connection to twitch and not resuming it for some reason.

Try connecting directly through your modem instead of the router, or lowering your bit rate.

Unfortunately bypassing the router isn't really an option. It worked 4 months ago perfectly, and now it just cuts out :(

Lowered bitrate back to 1100 and it doesn't work.

Are you sure you aren't hitting a 'stop streaming' hotkey? Your log shows all normal (user-initiated) disconnects.

For context, this is what twitch looks like, and what OBS looks like at the same time. This is after twitch has spontaneously stopped receiving my info.

That seems more like a Twitch problem than an OBS problem. Have you tried contacting them about it? Maybe also try a new channel / stream key.

Just finally found an email for them, so I'm going to start talking to them. I appreciate all the help everyone has given. While it hasn't helped with this problem, my stream is running better for the few minutes it works!
