I am trying to stream to twitch. I lowered the stream output to 720p and the video bit-rate to 2000 since I am not a partner but sometimes it will run smoothly and then often it just freezes on a particular frame for minutes at a time before it catches up if it catches up at all. My OBS shows my stream running fine but when I look at my stream on twitch its just frozen on a frame. I am not sure what is causing this. It doesn't even seem like it has anything to do with frame rate the connection will just get stuck on a frame. Sometimes if I turn my stream off and back on in OBS it resets it but then when I get into firefights etc the problem seems to persist.
