Stream constantly cutting out, send help

Hi all, I made the switch from Streamlabs OBS to OBS Studio recently. Reason for the switch is that my streams would cut out roughly every 15-20 minutes in the past few days. Contacted my ISP and they told me to look into Twitch and OBS support. I'm posting my logs from my morning stream and wonder if anyone can help me out! From the logs, you can see that I lowered my settings twice but still experiencing dropped frames.

Interface: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (ethernet, 100 mbps)

Your gigabit network card is only linking at 100mbps, which suggests an extremely outdated router/modem or faulty cable.

Settings, Advanced, Network, Check box for "Dynamically change bitrate...", Apply, OK. Even works with VBR. Don't know how it works with audio.
