Stream chat is open to fullsize over my main OBS window and can't close it?

Is there a shortcut key combo or way to close an open chat window? I expanded the chat window on a side monitor and the next time I opened OBS the chat window was opened to fullscreen over my main OBS window on the same monitor, with no apparent way to move or close it. I can't do anything, lol.

F11 should switch between fullscreen and windowed mode for OBS.
To enable dock editing, ALT+V, down arrow, right arrow, down arrow, enter should toggle Lock UI off, even blind.

Just reset the UI to the default configuration or just close the Chat window from the Docks menu

View > Docks > Reset UI
