Question / Help Stream buffers for phones, not for pc

My friends told me that my stream just keeps buffering for them if they are looking the stream from phone. But if they watch from PC my stream is fine. Other streams works fine for them from the phone, so what could be the issue? It has to be from my side since they reported that other streams work fine but not mine.

Edit. Maybe it's something from Twitch settings and not OBS? I don't know

Well i'm using 3500 bitrate and i didn't drop 1 single frame during 4h stream. They reported they can watch pretty much every stream from the same country as i am and also from other countries and streams that have like 5000-6000 bitrates.

Please continue reading the guide. There is nothing you can do if you are not dropping frames.
