Question / Help Stream buffers every 15 sec or so

Again, you CANNOT fix this, this is an issue between the viewer and twitch, there is NO PROBLEM on your end.

Hey Oriris, the thing that baffles me is that, he mentioned all people watching his stream have the same issue. I can see maybe a few, but if it's all his viewers, then thats a problem. Also, he said it was fine until he moved into a new apt. building which the internet is controlled by the management.

I have had 8 or 9 people watch the stream and they all have the same issue :/
